Join Our Team is seeking a part-time Writer / Digital Content Strategist to assist in it’s goal of making sense of news so that readers can make intelligent decisions.

The individual will collaborate closely with the Co-founders and compensated in equity and burritos. The right candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, researching, and creating high-quality content that summarized and briefs the public on topics relevant to the district.

-Develop an authentic voice for the company that is consistent across all content, marketing and branding.
-Be responsible for creating and executing a daily social media strategy inline with brand and inbound objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect person to join our team is an inquisitive self-starter whose passion is solving problems through research, analytic insight, interviewing and storytelling. You are comfortable working in an environment where people wear different hats and your work will have a big impact on growth and customer success. You will be writing quite a bit about local issues, government efficiency, technology and matters that impact the communities we serve. An interest or background in this subject matter would be really beneficial. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing ideas so creativity and project management skills are a must.

Skill Requirements:

The following is preferred, though not required. Demonstrable development and design skills are a big plus!
